What is PSM Pro?
PSM Pro is a WordPress ERP plugin for petrol pumps in Pakistan. It covers nozzle readings, DIP and tank stock, double-entry accounting, customer Khata, HR and payroll, banking and reports.
Does it support PMG, Hi-Octane and HSD?
Yes. You set up your own fuel types, tanks, nozzles and prices, for example Petrol (PMG), Hi-Octane and Diesel (HSD).
Can it handle NTN, CNIC and GST?
PSM Pro has fields for NTN and CNIC, a default tax rate and a GST report. Ask your accountant how your pump should file.
Can I keep Khata for transporters and fleets?
Yes. Each credit customer, such as a goods carrier or transport company, has a credit limit and a running account. Credit sales and payments are recorded against it and tied to the ledger.
Do I need one install for each pump?
Each pump runs on its own WordPress install, so records for different pumps stay separate.
Who on my team can use it?
There are five roles: Operator, Manager, Accountant, Admin and Owner. Each person sees only the part they need for their job.
Does it do proper double-entry accounting?
Yes. Every sale, purchase and salary posts a balanced journal entry, so ledgers and statements come from the same records.
Does it work with any OMC?
PSM Pro tracks your own pump’s stock, sales and books, so it works whichever oil marketing company supplies you.
What about load-shedding and internet cuts?
Offline mode is coming soon, so load-shedding and internet cuts will not stop the books. The preview above shows how it is planned to work. We will announce it here when it is ready.
